First of all, good health does not have six packs abs. Instead, it means that you are not sick, you are not always tired and you have no problems with daily activities. But I explain here how you can track them easily without too much trouble.

1. Exercise

For good health, you do not have to spend a day in the gym. You can start with a very simple exercise. The best thing is to walk. You can start with 15 minutes of walking and follow it in 3-4 weeks. If you can not do it every day, try to at least 3-4 days a week. After a few weeks, increase the time to 25-30 minutes. Do not walk too slowly. It is better if you can keep the fastest timing. For example, if you start the evening, trying to continue the evening. Do not change the time unless you are really. If you get a chance, you can try out running or swimming. These two are even better than walking.

2. Eat

food is very important to keep your body in good shape. You already know what types of foods that give you fat. So it is better if you can avoid them. 3. Sleeping

If the first two work for your body, then this one works for you mind. To get a good health, you will have a good sleep. First of all, you need to sleep for at least 6 hours a day, but 8 is better. And always go to sleep at a fixed time.

Do not think about the depressing events while you’re trying to sleep. Try to avoid tension too. Instead, think of something nice and calm. Over sleep is as bad as less sleep.
